Our membership fees are on a sliding scale based on income.
Assistant, Associate and full Professors, choose "Rich."
Contingent and adjunct faculty, choose "Poor."
Graduate students and part-time employed, choose "Starving."
Conference registration automatically includes one year of membership in the LPS.
Membership
The Lighthearted Philosophers Society invites interested parties to join the organization. Membership for a year is automatically included in conference registration (see below). You may also become a Sustaining Member (if you're not planning to attend to the conference) for $50/year.
Conference registration is discounted for members (see below). Members are also included in our email list, to keep you informed of updates and information about the annual meetings.
